Playroom policies
Food and drink permitted: Bottle or closed container, as well as a lunch box, clearly labeled with your child's name. Acceptable drinks: White grape juice, apple juice or water. Acceptable snacks: Cookies, pretzels, crackers, dry cereal. Illness: Any child that is sick or suspected of being sick, will not be permitted in the facility. This includes, but is not limited to, runny noses and coughing children. Please understand that we must be firm with this rule for the good of all children. Children must be properly dressed and must wear shoes. Time limit: two (2) hours a day. Parents may not leave the club when their child is in the playroom. Crying/distressed children will be limited to ten (10) minutes. Behavioral problems: All children must be well behaved at all times. If child acts in a disruptive manner, the parent must remove him/her from the club premises. Children aware at no time permitted in any are of the club except for the playroom. If a child has been removed on three (3) occasions, there will be no subsequent privileges. Entertainment: Children are invited to bring their own toys as long as they are safe and non-violent (no guns, swords, etc.) Diaper change: These are the responsibility of the parent. Parent will be paged when child needs attention using the toilet facilities. For the safety of the children, children are not permitted in locker rooms. There is a bathroom in the playroom for the children's use. There is a limited to the number of children permitted in the playroom. Children will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.

A waiver must be signed for each and every use. The parents drivers license is required to use these services, and must be left until the child is picked up. During school holidays, there will be an extra attendant on staff, during busy hours Please escort children by the hand when entering and exiting the gym. Members will not be permitted to bring any children other than their own. We want to ensure that all members have equal opportunity to use the playroom services as well as to provide a safe environment for all children. All rules and regulations are subject to change at the discretion of the management.
