Armed & Dangerous
A complete upperbody weight training class. Targeting all the major upper body muscle groups.

Bootcamp
An invigorating fast paced motivating fitness class that is especially designed for the member who is looking for something new!! The class is going to challenge your endurance and strength. It will incorporate an interval style of training with high and weight conditioning exercises along with some toning and weight conditioning exercises. Best of all no coordination necessary. Don't miss this class - perfect for cross training.

Bosu Training
You will utilize the Bosu core trainer in this class. It is designed dto add balance and core training to your body contioning class - making it a class all its own. All levels welcome.

Cardio-Kickbox
This class will take you through a series of kicks, punches, and footwork, resulting in a one-hour cardio workout that builds your endurance, tones the body and burns some serious calories.

Cardio-Kickbox Bag Class
The same as the cardio-kickbox but uses the standing heavy bag to hit, punch and kick your way to a firm, totally toned physique. Hand wraps needed (sold at front desk). All levels welcome - great upper body workout and stress reliever.

Cardio-Kickbox & Pump
All the benefits of cardio-kickbox taking it to the next level. You will incorporate strength training, and of course abdominals....to give you a total body workout!

Cardio Blast
A supercharged cardio class- you may step, kickbox, or both...burning some serious calories. There is never a dull moment in this class.

Funkology
This class incorporates jazz and hip hop dance with a little flass and flair. Learn the hottest routines while you dance to the latest hip hop and R&B music.

Group Personal Training
This class is for members who want to train with a personal trainer but don't want the large out-of-pocket expense that comes with it. You will train in a group setting. Maximum 5 members. Hitting all the major muscle groups by using a variety of machines and free weights. The cost is $5 per person for an hour session and advance sign-up and payment is required at the front desk the day before the class meets.

Hard Core Cuts
A serious body sculpting class. Work your body from head to toe- developing those muscles you never thought you had. You will improve your strength and muscular endurance while shaping and defining all the major muscle groups.

Hatha Yoga
This class intergrates postures, breathing exercises, relaxation, and meditation to harmonize you on every level- mind, body & spirit.

Interval Training
Mix things up a bit with cardio and weight training intervals. Get your workout done in one hour. All levels are welcome.

Pilates
You will strengthen and tone your core muscles, increase flexibility, and decrease stress levels, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and toned.

Six Pack Ab's
1/2 Hour devoted to abdominal core training, train your ab's like never before - using the exer-ball, bosu, dumbbells and body bar for the ultimate experience.

Spin
Challenge yourself both mentally and physically. It is an experience all it's own. This is a great workout, when the lights go out- your body and mind will come together as one and take you on an amazing journey. You will need a water bottle and towel. Sign up begins 15 minutes before class.

Spinning Core
This spin class will end with core conditioning and stabilization exercises. All levels are welcome.// Step
This is a fat burning, heart pumping cardiovascular class. You will utilize the Reebok step and be taking through a series of step combinations. All levels are welcome.

Strong

Apowerful body sculpting class. You will work all your muscles in this class. It is a non stop weight training class- getting the results that you want. You will use all the equipment (bands, weights, bars, balls) making each class different. You will not be bored!

Total Body Conditioning
This is a body sculpting class hitting all the major muscle groups. Taking you to the next level in fitness. Shape and define those muscles and get that fit, athletic body you always wanted.

Tread & Pump
Workout all your muscle groups, burn more fat than a traditional treadmill workout and improve muscle tone. This is a great cardio interval class. All levels are welcome. Try it and you will not be bored anymore on the treadmill.
