an interval style of training with high and weight conditioning

but don't want the large out-of-pocket expense that comes with it.
You will train in a group setting. Maximum 5 members. Hitting all
the major muscle groups by using a variety of machines and free
weights. The cost is $5 per person for an hour session and advance
sign-up and payment is required at the front desk the day before
the class meets.
